Every photo from graduation, in one place
Graduation day is photographed from every angle: parents in the audience, grandparents at the reception, friends at the party. A single QR code lets everyone add their photos to the same gallery, so the graduate gets the full story of the day.
Ceremony, reception and party in one gallery
Graduations often spread across several places and several groups of people. Because a Snap9 gallery is simply a link, you can share it everywhere: print the QR code for the reception, paste the link in the family group chat and send it to the graduate’s friends. Everything lands in the same gallery, as long as everyone uses the same link or code.
How to set it up
- create a free event with the graduate’s name and the date.
- Add the QR code to the invitation, a sign at the reception or a card on the buffet table.
- Guests upload photos (and videos on Standard and Plus) from their phone browser, no app or sign-up needed.
- Download everything as a zip file afterwards. Many families use it to make a photo book or a slideshow for later.
Tips
- Ask a couple of relatives to cover the moments you will be busy for, such as the ceremony walk.
- On Standard and Plus, run the slideshow on a TV at the party.
- Encourage guests to add older photos too, for example from the first day of school. Uploads stay open for 30 days on Standard and 90 days on Plus.
- Remind guests the next day with the link. Many people only look through their photos at home.
For schools and classes
A class or student council can also create a gallery for a graduation event shared by many families. Keep in mind that photos of students are personal data. Share the link only with the people who attended, tell them how the photos will be used, and use the host dashboard to delete anything that should not be there. Every photo has a report button so anyone can ask for an image to be removed.
How it compares
Shared albums on Google Photos or iCloud are a good choice if everyone already uses the same service. A group chat is fine for close family but becomes hard to search as it grows. Hiring a photographer gives polished portraits of the ceremony. A QR code gallery is the low-effort way to collect what all the guests captured. Reunions years later have their own guide: school reunion photo sharing.
Pricing
The free trial covers up to 20 photos (no video) with uploads open for 7 days. Standard costs 249 SEK per event for up to 500 photos and videos, and Plus costs 499 SEK for up to 2000. Both are one-time payments, not subscriptions. If you are celebrating a birthday at the same time, see birthday party photo sharing.
