Terms of use
Draft – last updated 2 November 2026. The Swedish version prevails.
1. The service
Snap9 is a sole proprietorship (enskild firma) in Sweden, contact: support@snap9.app. A host creates an event where guests upload photos and videos through a link/QR code to a shared gallery.
2. Plans and payment
The free plan is free with limits. Standard ($24) and Plus ($49) are one-time payments per event in US dollars (USD), processed by Stripe. No VAT is added. No subscription, no automatic renewal.
3. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Swedish law (2005:59). By requesting immediate start you agree that the service starts at once; the right ends when the service has been fully performed, and if you withdraw earlier we may deduct a reasonable amount for use so far. Contact support@snap9.app.
4. Host responsibility
The host shares the link only with intended guests, is responsible for the event content and for handling reports shown in the dashboard. Anyone holding the secret dashboard link can administer the event.
5. Content rules
Illegal content is prohibited (e.g. child sexual abuse material, unlawful depictions of violence, hate speech, intrusive photography, copyright infringement, images of people who have objected). Only upload content you took or have the right to share. We may remove content, close events and report suspected crimes to the police.
6. Reporting content
Anyone can report content with the “Report” button or by email to support@snap9.app. Content reported several times is hidden until the host reviews it. Notices of illegal content are handled promptly under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA). Point of contact: support@snap9.app.
7. Retention and deletion
Uploads are kept for the plan period and then deleted automatically. The host can delete files or the whole event at any time.
8. Liability
Provided as is. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, total liability is limited to the amount paid for the event.
9. Disputes
Swedish law applies. Consumers may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se, or the EU ODR platform.
